ALEA nació como un dúo formado por los hermanos Ruiz (Jesús y Elena) en Alicante. Ambos decidieron poner rumbo a la capital y buscar suerte en el mundo de la música. Fue allí donde se fraguó la formación definitiva del grupo tras la incorporación en 2002 de Rafa de Juan, otro alicantino afincado en Madrid. Poco después ALEA presentó su primer trabajo,'Trece', mientras ofrecía numerosos conciertos en salas como el Rincón del Arte Nuevo, El Búho Real, Chesterfield Café,Garibaldi, Hard Rock Café, Café la Palma, FNAC, Clamores etc., en formato acústico y eléctrico. Pero no fue hasta el 2004, con la edición de su segundo disco -homónimo- , que la música de estos tres jóvenes compositores e intérpretes llegó al gran público a través de las principales emisoras de radio y televisión, y de sus directos a lo largo y ancho del país. Ahora ALEA presenta 'Jugar', un álbum maduro, cuidado en sus letras, melodías, arreglos y producción, y en el que el grupo ha plasmado lo mejor de sí, abriéndose a muy diversas influencias pero manteniendo su inconfundible personalidad.
ALEA was born like a pair formed by the brothers Ruiz (Jesus and Elena) in Alicante. Both decided to maintain course to the capital and to look for luck in the world of music. It was there where the definitive formation of the group was forged after the incorporation in 2002 of Rafa de Juan, another of Alicante one settled down in Madrid. Shortly after ALEA presented/displayed its first work, ' Trece' , while it offered numerous concerts in rooms like the Corner of the New Art, the Real Owl, Chesterfield Coffee, Garibaldi, Hard Rock Coffee, Coffee the Palm, FNAC, Outcries etc., in acoustic and electrical format. But it was not until the 2004, with the edition of his second disc - homonymous, that the music of these three young composers and interpreters arrived at the great public through the main radio transmitters and television, and from its direct ones all over the country. Now ALEA presents/displays ' Jugar' , a mature album, taken care of in its letters, melodies, adjustments and production, and in which the group has shaped the best thing themselves to very diverse influences, but maintaining its unmistakable personality.
