Matthew Warren Simpson, Georgia born in 1971 - Florida Native "Simpleman" is a Musician, Music Producer and Sound Engineer who has been in action (and MIA) in the Tallahassee / North Florida area for nearly 30 years. In 1991, formed a band called "ANCIENT GALLERY" which took off with the help of a lot of Tallahassee friends and followers. playing at "a hole in the wall" with a "Maddox" CREED; many in house concert parties at the AG studio Warehouse on Captial Circle NW in TLH and last, also did a self promotion gig on St. George Island, Florida in 1992. Simpleman has been solo for many years since while looking for the right musical combination. Simpleman's latest project took off with the help of some talented songwriters & musicians called : "the BRUISED GRASS BAND"... there has had to be some changes to the line up but it looks like the BGB will be up and running very soon. We are still working on the debut CDs from Simpleman and the first project from the Bruised Grass Band. It's been tough getting the last recordings and mix together but should be out soon.
